Kayaking

KAYAKING

On the 11th of March at deanwell school pool C4 are riding on the kayaks. There is an orange one and a green one. We are going  practicing on the kayaks for Lake Whakamauro. Any way I was the first to hop in one of the kayaks with Whetu when me and Whetu hoped on we started rowing all the way to the end and back. Tupu grabbed the camera and took a photo of me''don't take a photo of me''! Well we were waiting for another go. A minute later we all lined up in a boys line and a girls line when we got to go
again I thought we were going to tip over next minute Mr T pushed up the kayaks and we fell over. We all finished and had a race with Mr T he won but it was still fun. After a few minutes later we played Captions coming '' North, South, East, West '' man Mr T was fast at doing it '' hop out '' said Mr T so then we all got changed and went back to class. It was really fun hopping in the pool with Mr T I wish we could do it again that was the best day ever.

It happened at deanwell school grounds. C4 was at the pool. We were at the pool because we wanted to do and practice kayaking it was really fun. The time was quarter to ten school time. We where all splashing. Water was raising. We had to put life jackets on and then we had to jump onto the kayak. One person was in the front and one person on the back. Mr T was in the water helping. Once the people in the kayak finished Mr T would tip the people out. It was so funny watching everyone fall out. Shanae tried to stay on but finally Mr T got Shanae off. I saw it all. I felt the cold water surround me. I felt the life jacket lift me up. It felt like I was floating in air. The kayak felt hard. 

 I did jumping, rowing, racing, and having fun. I rowed down the pool back and fourth. I put a life jacket on. After I rowed back and fourth. I took the life jacket off. I swam and put my head under the water.


My favorite part out of all of that was being tipped off the boat. For my last turn on the kayak I kept my grip to try hold on. After a while Mr T flipped the boat over and I couldn't hold on eney longer. I let go my hand was so soar. Well that's the end.

Today we went kayaking in the deanwell school pool with Mr t. Before we went into the kayak we had to try balance the kayak on the ground. Then we had to get in the kayak with out tipping it. When I got in I had to lean the kayak opposite of Lee so he would not tip the kayak. I was at the front of the kayak so I got to row first. I was rowing to fast that I crashed into the end of the pool. 

Then we had another go but this time I was at the back so Lee went first. after that we got tipped out of the kayak. it was fun with Mr t in the water.

C4 kayak fun

Today C4 and I went to the pools in the morning at 09:00 am in the the school pool to go on the kayaks. It was a blast. We went on the kayaks and rowed 2 lengths while me and Tupu were taking photos and helping out. It was funny because when you finished Mr T would flip you over. But when he did it to Shanae she wouldn't let go. After that we had a play with Mr T then hopped out. It was the best pool day ever.
